Intuity UC is a small team that builds and runs voice and IT systems organizations depend on every day. We do not hire often, but when we do, it starts here.

What it's like here

The work is hands-on and varied: voice engineering, Microsoft cloud environments, networks, and support, for commercial clients and for organizations in regulated and government-adjacent spaces.

Projects are small-team projects, which means the person who designs a system usually stays with it, and everyone’s work is visible. Some of us have been here a long time. Our longest-tenured team member joined about [30] years ago.

What we care about

Honesty

With clients and with each other. If something is wrong, we say so.

Follow-through

Our clients depend on their phones for the calls that matter most, so finishing things properly is the job, not a stretch goal.

Steady over flashy

Most of what we do is unglamorous engineering that quietly works for years. If that sounds satisfying rather than boring, we will probably get along.
